New 2010 INTRODUCTION

(Sweet Pepper Bush) Imagine a compact, dark green mound of foliage covered with fragrant, icily-white, candle-like blooms in late summer. Now available in a new, small-garden size! At last a compact, dwarf form of this delectable, adaptable (and underused) native shrub. Thanks to her compact habit, SUGARTINA needs little pruning. She prefers a moist soil in full sun or partial shade but will tolerate drier conditions once established. An excellent choice for a lightly-shaded city garden. Golden fall foliage completes the picture. Popular with butterflies. Ht. and spread 71-75cm (28-30"). Hardy to zone 5.

Shipped well-rooted in our 1 litre, extra-deep 4.5” pots.
